1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NDA Group Ltd website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other parties who access or use our services.

2. Services

NDA Group Ltd provides custom home renovation services including but not limited to bathroom remodels, flooring installation, kitchen renovations, basement renovations, and whole-home interior renovations. We serve the Greater Hamilton Area and surrounding communities in Ontario, Canada.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable Ontario building codes and regulations. Specific project scope, timelines, materials, and costs are outlined in individual written estimates provided to each client prior to commencement of work.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by NDA Group Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation and are subject to change if the scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods of payment are outlined in each individual project agreement. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work.

4. Project Timelines

NDA Group Ltd makes every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors including material availability, weather conditions, permit processing, or changes requested by the client.

We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as they become known and work collaboratively with clients to minimize disruption.

5. Warranties

NDA Group Ltd warrants all workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and craftsmanship under normal use and conditions.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by each respective manufacturer. We will assist clients in processing any manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, including any known issues that may affect the project. Clients must ensure that NDA Group Ltd has reasonable access to the work area during scheduled work hours.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. NDA Group Ltd can assist with the permit application process upon request.

7. Cancellation & Changes

Clients may cancel or modify the scope of a project by providing written notice. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including materials ordered or work completed, remain the responsibility of the client.

Change orders that alter the original scope of work will be documented in writing and may affect the project timeline and total cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NDA Group Ltd website — including text, images, design elements, and project photography — is the property of NDA Group Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

Project photographs may be used by NDA Group Ltd for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client has provided written objection prior to the start of the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

NDA Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

NDA Group Ltd is not responsible for pre-existing conditions in a property that were not disclosed or discovered during the initial consultation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
